Sutton Valence 3rd XI travelled away to Sittingbourne 4th XI in an unpopular late 16:30 push-back.
Sittingbourne took an early lead, predominantly down to a fairly unfamiliar Sutton Valence defensive line-up who were yet to find their feet.
Ed Hawes-Gatt pulled back the equaliser not long after, with a stunning strike from the top of the D, across the goal into the bottom corner of the Sittingbourne goal.
Sadly, Sittingbourne managed to claw the lead back just before half time through a Sutton Valence defensive error.
The second half was of a higher tempo from both sides, but unfortunately Sittingbourne slotted four more goals past the Sutton Valence defence.
Plenty to develop on for next week.
